G&L Real Estate Media LLC does not charge cancellation or rescheduling fees, even if we arrive at the shoot and the property is not ready. We understand that unexpected situations can happen, and our goal is to remain as flexible and supportive as possible — becoming an extension of your team.

Per U.S. Copyright Law, G&L Real Estate Media LLC is the copyright holder of all images, videos, and other media produced by our team. Copyright is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Please contact us directly for any licensing inquiries.

Photo Rights & Usage

Only the party who paid for our services has the right to use G&L Real Estate Media LLC–created media for electronic or printed advertisements promoting that specific property.
Usage rights are limited to the duration the property is listed for sale or rent and may not be reused, resold, or transferred without written permission from G&L Real Estate Media LLC.
